Production line - Ourini Steel

Ourini Steel rolling mill has an annual capacity of over 36,000T of reinforcing bars with diameters 12, 14 and 16mm and with length ranging from 0.5m to 18m.
The production line includes:
• 20 T/hour capacity walking hearth reheating furnace
• 24 m cooling bed
• Semi-automatic cold shear
• Bar counting, binding, bundling and transportation units
QC system to control and monitor every stage of production

The indoor stock yard allows finished products to be held in prime condition until dispatch, safeguarding the quality of the products.

Our products are manufactured in accordance to American Standard ASTM A615/2015.

The system works on rolling bars to create an iron rebar that can be divided into any length chosen by our customers. As a result, product quality, standardization and productivity have been improved.

Ourini Steel factory is also aware of the needs of its customers. The factory is capable of producing large quantities of rails at different lengths. By providing the exact lengths required by our customers, we can work together to minimize waste on site.
